his Web site is born as the result of an encounter. The convergence of two similar passions. The former is Daniel Courant's passion for plastic and spiritual Beauty. The latter, my own, for mathematics, philosophy, and information exactness. As nothing in my education would have predetermined me to encompass the theme of Michelangelo's Pieta.

aybe this kind of opposition would hold the germs of such an adventure, just as if the immanent power of the artwork of Michelange would transcend the convictions and beliefs of anyone. When I heard him talking about his passion for the work of Robert, I noticed that his quest of rigour and sharpness was mine either. All what we could feel throught the extreme of Michelange's art was so motivating we shall spend a lot of hours to offer a container that could be as valuable. But we are far not Michelanges. At least we spend as much efforts as we could to attempt reaching something acceptable...

aléry Frémaux is Engineer of the french "Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Electronique et ses Applications" (ENSEA) and teaches Computer Sciences and Information Technologies at the "Ecole Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information" in Cergy.

e created and produced multiple Internet related Technologies (*), and is expert in Web Application architecture and languages.

Development/architecture contributor to the worldwide known Moodle project (e-learning leading open source project).
